Holly Blanton, APRN
Holly Blanton is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University and her Master of Science in Nursing- Family Nurse Practitioner, from Texas Woman’s University in Dallas. From the very beginning of her career, Holly has been passionate about women’s health and walking alongside women through every stage of life.
She began her nursing career as a Labor & Delivery Nurse at Medical City Dallas, where she spent seven years on a level IV, Magnet-designated unit. During this time, she gained extensive experience caring for both low- and high-risk patients across the obstetrical ER, labor and delivery, recovery, OB ICU, PACU, antepartum, and postpartum areas. During her nurse practitioner training, Holly broadened her expertise through rotations in women’s health, primary care, pediatrics, gastroenterology, dermatology, and rural/underserved communities. She is especially passionate about building strong, personal connections with her patients and creating a warm, welcoming environment where women feel supported and cared for.
Outside of work, Holly is a proud wife and new mom. She met her husband, Clark, in Fort Worth while in nursing school, and together they recently welcomed their first son, Scott Porter. When she’s not caring for patients, Holly enjoys traveling, cooking, trying out new restaurants, exploring fun crafts, and spending time with family. She’s also a big fan of Aggie football, hunting, and a little bit of shopping to round things out.
Holly looks forward to providing compassionate, comprehensive care and hopes every patient leaves her office feeling both heard and empowered.
