Annabelle Cook
Annabelle Cook is a Nurse Practitioner of obstetrics and gynecology and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas Woman’s University in Dallas. Annabelle has been passionate about women’s health from a very young age, instilled in her by her grandfather and mentor who was an OBGYN. Annabelle began her career as a labor and delivery Nurse at Medical City, Dallas, where she worked for six years on the level four magnet-designated unit caring for low and high-risk patients circulating through obstetrical ER, labor and delivery, recovery, OB ICU, PACU, antepartum and postpartum areas. Through nurse practitioner school clinical rotations, Annabelle has trained in the areas of women’s health, primary care, pediatrics, rural/underserved healthcare, gastroenterology and dermatology. Annabelle enjoys the opportunity to personally connect with patients and provide them with comprehensive care throughout every stage of their lives with a warm and welcoming spirit.
Annabelle met her husband Leland growing up in the small town of Corsicana, Texas before moving to Dallas. They recently welcomed their first daughter, Mary Rose. She enjoys traveling, cooking, trying new restaurants, needlepointing, spending time on her family’s ranch, Aggie football games, and shopping to balance out the time on the ranch and football games.
